Services:

Elyag Productions provides creative and technical services including, but not limited to, podcast production, audio recording and editing, audiobook production, live recording services, music instruction, and facilitated music programs. Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be agreed upon prior to the start of any project.

 

Booking & Payment:

All services are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment terms will be communicated before work begins and may include hourly rates, flat fees, or monthly retainers depending on the service provided. Payments are due according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in paused services until the account is brought current.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible. For live sessions, classes, or recording appointments, Elyag Productions reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee if adequate notice is not provided. Policies may vary depending on the service.

Client Responsibilities:

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, necessary materials, and timely feedback to ensure project completion. Delays caused by missing information or lack of communication may affect timelines and final delivery.

Creative Process & Revisions:

Creative services involve collaboration and interpretation. Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the scope of the project. Extensive changes or additional work outside the original agreement may be billed separately.

Intellectual Property:

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, final paid-for deliverables belong to the client. Elyag Productions retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio, promotional, or educational purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Facilitated Programs & Guest Instructors:

Some music programs or classes may be facilitated by Elyag Productions but taught by independent guest instructors. Elyag Productions is not responsible for the independent actions, teaching methods, or materials provided by guest instructors.

Educational & Instructional Disclaimer:

Music classes and educational services are provided for instructional purposes only. Progress and outcomes may vary by individual. Elyag Productions does not guarantee specific results.

Limitation of Liability:

Elyag Productions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its services. All services are provided “as is” and to the best of Elyag Productions’ professional ability.

Technology & Equipment:

While every effort is made to ensure reliable technology and equipment, Elyag Productions is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by technical failures, internet outages, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Code of Conduct:

All clients, students, and participants are expected to engage respectfully. Elyag Productions reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful.

Changes to Terms:

Elyag Productions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

Governing Law:

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable state or jurisdiction.

Acceptance:

By booking services, participating in programs, or engaging with Elyag Productions, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
